Daffodil Studio LLC operates madebydaffodil.com. This policy covers this website only.

It does not cover our apps. Each app we publish — now or in future — has its own privacy policy and terms, linked from its App Store listing and its own website. If you’re looking for the policy for a specific app, that’s where to find it.

What this site collects

If you only read it — nothing. No cookies, no advertising trackers, no account, no analytics that identify you.

If you submit the enquiry form. The form is hosted by Tally. It collects what you type: your description of the project, budget range, timeline, and your email address. It reaches us by email and is stored in our Tally account.

If you email us. Mail to hello@madebydaffodil.com is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a private inbox. Your message and address sit in that inbox.

Server logs. Cloudflare, who host this site, record standard request data — IP address, browser type, page requested — for security and reliability. We don’t build profiles from it.

What we do with it

We reply to you, and we decide whether we can take on the project. That’s all. We don’t run a mailing list, we don’t sell anything to anyone, and we don’t share it outside the services named above.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to 24 months, then deleted. Email for as long as the conversation is relevant.

Your choices

Email hello@madebydaffodil.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll action it within 30 days. If you’re in the UK or EU, you have the rights the GDPR gives you, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site isn’t intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We’ll update the date at the top of this page. Anything material gets called out here.
