Our apps have their own terms
Anything to do with one of our apps, including apps we release in future, is governed by that app’s own terms and privacy policy, not this page.
The site itself
The text, design, video, logos and the daffodil mark are ours. Read it, share it, link to it freely. Please don’t copy the design wholesale, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse something we don’t.
An enquiry is not a contract
Submitting the form or sending us an email starts a conversation, nothing more. No work is agreed and no engagement exists until we have both signed a written agreement setting out scope, price and timing. Anything on this site about turnaround times or pricing is indicative, not an offer.
Ideas you send us
Please don’t send confidential information through the enquiry form. We’ll treat what you send with discretion, but we work on many projects and can’t accept liability for ideas that resemble one you’ve shared. If it’s sensitive, ask us for an NDA before you send it.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee either.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

We link to third-party sites — the App Store, X, Tally. We aren’t responsible for their content or their practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States.
